Services and scope

We agree the scope, price and timing of any paid work in writing before it starts. Prices on this site are our current launch prices and may change for new clients. If tax applies, the quote says so.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. If tax applies, the quote says so. Online payments are processed by Razorpay on its own payment page, under Razorpay’s terms. We do not see or store your card or bank details. You will receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay, and we will send an invoice or receipt for work we do. See also Privacy.

Cancellations and refunds

If you pay for an audit and we have not started work, you can cancel and we will refund the amount you paid. Once work has started, we agree any refund with you case by case, based on the work already done. For monthly plans, you can stop at the end of the current month, and we do not refund a month already started unless we failed to deliver what we agreed. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear, depending on your bank.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, mentions in AI-generated answers, traffic, leads, enquiries or sales. We also do not guarantee that any content or advertising meets legal or regulatory requirements. Search engines and AI tools make their own decisions and change without notice. We do the agreed work and report honestly on the results.

Evidence labels and estimates

Findings in our reports are labelled automated, manual or estimate. Estimates are judgements and may be wrong.

Your approval of content and claims

You approve all content and claims before we publish them. Nothing we write goes live on your behalf until you have approved it. You remain responsible for your own advertising and content.

Healthcare clients

For clinics we avoid claims that Indian medical-advertising rules may restrict. You approve every health-related statement in writing before it goes live. We are not a legal advisor. You are responsible for checking that your own advertising and content comply with the rules that apply to you, and we suggest you check your obligations with a qualified adviser.

Your accounts, content and access

Your website, listings and accounts remain yours. You give us the access needed to do the agreed work, and you can withdraw it at any time.

You confirm that you have the right to ask us to work on your website, listings and accounts, and on any data we can reach through them. We ask only for the minimum access needed for the agreed work, and we use it only for that work. We never ask for passwords in messages. We ask you to invite us as a user on your own accounts instead.

Sample report

The sample report on this site is fictional. It does not describe any real business.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question.
