What is not included

What this does not cover.

  • Any promise of rankings, AI mentions, traffic, leads or compliance
  • Advertising spend or ad management
  • Building a new website. Ask for a quote.
  • Anything health-related going live without your written approval

No service here is a promise of rankings, traffic, enquiries or mentions in AI answers. For clinics, we do not make claims that Indian medical-advertising rules may restrict, and we are not a legal advisor.

Timing and price

When, and how much.

Work starts once we have agreed the first month’s fixes, typically within about 5 working days of your payment. Billed monthly.

The price is shown above in Indian rupees. If tax applies, your quote or invoice says so. You pay online on Razorpay's own page.

Refunds are explained in the Terms.

What happens after you pay

Five steps, from payment to done.

  1. 1. Paid

    You enter your name, email and mobile number, then pay on Razorpay. We check the payment and reply by email within 2 working days.

  2. 2. Work started

    We send a short onboarding form. You share access by invite or sharing feature, never by password, and we start.

  3. 3. Delivered

    You get what is listed under "What is included", on the timing above.

  4. 4. Fixes, if you choose them

    Nothing health-related goes live until you approve the wording in writing.

  5. 5. Complete

    We confirm the work is finished. You keep your accounts and your content.
