Services
What we do, and what we do not do.
Every service, with what it includes and what it does not. Most clients begin with the audit, because it shows which of the others is worth paying for.

Service 1
Audit
Founding-client price Rs 1,999 (regular Rs 3,999).
A written review of how your business appears in search results and AI answers, and why customers might be dropping out.
Includes
- Review of your website, Google Business Profile and other main listings
- A customer question map excerpt for your business
- Checks of what search and AI assistants say about your category and city
- Each finding with severity, an evidence label (AUTOMATED MANUAL ESTIMATE) and a fix
- A prioritised fix list
Does not include
- Making the changes. That is the Growth plan or Website + Growth.
- Any promise of rankings or AI mentions
How it runs
You send a request
The form on the contact page asks for your website, your city or market and what you want customers to find you for.
We confirm scope and price in writing
Our reply says what the audit covers and what it includes. Nothing starts until you agree. For the audits, paying online is your agreement.
We review and report
We check your site, listings and the answers search and AI tools give, then write up each finding with its severity, evidence label and fix.
We send you the report
You get the written report, so you can decide what to fix yourself, with us, or not at all. The Premium audit also includes a call to walk you through it.
What the evidence labels mean
- AUTOMATED a tool or script found it, so anyone running the same check should see the same thing.
- MANUAL a person looked at it and judged it.
- ESTIMATE our best judgement. It may be wrong, and the report says so.
Service 2
Monthly Growth plan
Rs 9,999 a month.
Steady work on the fixes the audit found, then on what your customers ask next.
Includes
- Monthly fixes to pages, listings and page structure, agreed in advance
- New or improved page content that answers real customer questions
- Upkeep of your customer question map
- A short weekly note on what we did, what we found and what we need from you
- A monthly review that separates what moved from what did not
Does not include
- Advertising spend
- Guaranteed results of any kind
What is in the weekly note
- What we did that week
- What we found, with its evidence label
- What we need from you, so nothing waits on us without you knowing
Who does what
We do the agreed fixes, writing and reporting. You approve changes, send us what only you know (new services, changed hours, a new location) and tell us when something in the real world changes.
Stopping
You can stop at the end of the current month. The full wording is on the Terms page.
Service 3
Website + Growth
From Rs 19,999.
A new website built from the start to be fast on a phone and clear enough to be quoted, followed by the Growth plan.
Includes
- A mobile-first site with a page for each main service
- Plain-language answers to your customers’ main questions on those pages
- Correct contact details, one-tap call and email buttons, and a working enquiry form
- Your Growth plan starting once the site is live
Good to know
- The price depends on the number of pages and features. You get a written quote before we start.
How a build usually runs
Written quote
We list the pages and features and the price. You agree before we start.
Questions and content
We work out which customer questions each page must answer and write the plain-language answers with you.
Build and review
We build the site for phones first, then you review it and approve it.
Live, then Growth
Once the site is live, you can start a Growth plan.
This is the usual order. The written quote is what we agree to, not this list.
Service 4
Customer question mapping
Included in the audit and the Growth plan.
A list of what your customers ask before they choose a business like yours, grouped by step (ask, compare, check, contact) and matched to the page that should answer each one. Gaps are marked as missing or partly answered.
It can be bought on its own by teams that already write their own content. Ask for a quote on the contact page.
The four steps
- Ask. Questions people have before they know who to choose, such as what a treatment involves.
- Compare. Questions about choosing between options or between businesses.
- Check. Questions that test whether you are real and reliable, such as where you are and when you are open.
- Contact. Questions about how to reach you or book.
Why it matters
Search engines and AI assistants can only quote an answer that is on your pages and consistent across your listings. A question with no page that answers it is a gap. The map shows where the gaps are, so the Growth plan can fill the important ones first.
Service 5
White-label for agencies
Quoted by volume.
If you run a web, marketing or PR agency and your clients ask about AI answers, we can do the audit and monthly work under your name.
Includes
- Audits and reports with your branding
- Monthly Growth work for your clients, reported to you
- No contact with your clients unless you ask for it
How it works
- You tell us about your agency and roughly how many clients you expect to send.
- We quote by volume and agree the scope in writing.
- We do the audit or monthly work, and the reports go to you with your branding.
- Your clients hear from you, not from us, unless you ask us to speak to them.
Tell us about your agency on the contact page.
How the work runs
What a typical month looks like
The Growth plan, week by week.
A typical example, not a promise. The order and the amount of work in each week change with your site and with how quickly we get what we need from you.
Week by week
-
Week 1: baseline and fixes
We note where your pages, listings and customer questions stand at the start of the month, so there is something to compare against later. Then we make the first fixes we agreed with you.
-
Week 2: page work
We improve the pages that matter most for your customers: structure, headings, contact details and the answers near the top of the page.
-
Week 3: content
We write or improve content that answers the customer questions on your map that are still missing or only partly answered.
-
Week 4: report
The monthly review: what we changed, what moved, what did not, and what we suggest for next month. You can stop at the end of the month if it is not working for you.
You also get the short weekly note in each of the four weeks.
What can change the month
- Waiting for access, details or an approval from you moves work to a later week.
- A serious finding in week 1 can take over the month. Fixing it first is usually right.
- Some sites need more page work and less writing, or the other way round.
Scope
What each service includes and what it does not
The same facts as above, side by side.

Priorities
How we decide what to fix first
Four questions, asked of every finding.
- Customer impact
- If a customer meets this problem, how likely are they to give up or go elsewhere?
- Evidence
- How do we know it is a problem? We would rather act on something we checked than on a guess, and each finding says which it is.
- Effort
- How much of our time does the fix take?
- Cost
- What does it cost you, such as a paid tool, a developer or photographs? Fixes that cost you nothing come earlier when the other factors are equal.
A worked example
Illustrative example, not a real client
Fix A: opening hours differ between the website and the Google listing
Fix B: rewrite every service page
Order: A goes first. B is planned in smaller steps over later months.
Why not do everything at once?
Changing many things in one month makes it hard to tell what helped. Smaller steps in order of priority also keep your cost and your review time down, and the monthly review can show what moved after each one.
Fit
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits you if
- You run a local or service business and want customers to find clear, correct information
- You have a website, or want one built
- You want steady monthly work and plain reports
- You accept that nobody can promise rankings
It does not suit you if
- You expect guaranteed rankings, traffic or AI mentions
- You have no website and do not want one built. Most of our work happens on your site and listings.
- You want someone to run your advertising
- You want results in a few days, or fake reviews and other shortcuts
Not sure which side you are on? The audit is the low-risk way to find out. It shows what is wrong and lets you decide what to do next.
Getting started
What we need from you
- Site access. A way to edit your website and listings, given as described below.
- Business details. Your name, address, phone number, opening hours and the services you offer, as you want them shown.
- Competitors. A few businesses your customers might compare you with.
- Who approves changes. One person who can say yes or no to a change.
How we ask for access
Never send us a password in chat, email or the contact form. We will not ask for one that way. Instead, invite us as a user on your own accounts, for example as a manager on your Google Business Profile or as a user on your website platform. You stay in control and can remove our access at any time.
If a platform cannot invite users, tell us and we will agree a safer way together first.
If we are waiting on you
The weekly note lists what we need. If something is late, we carry on with the work that does not depend on it and say so in the next note.
What you can expect from us
- We tell you what we changed, in plain words.
- We say which findings are checked and which are estimates.
- We never ask you to share a password in chat, email or a form.
Clinics and healthcare
Healthcare work has extra limits.
Advertising by doctors and clinics in India is restricted by rules and law. For clinics we avoid claims those rules may restrict, such as guaranteed cures, comparisons with other doctors, or superlatives like “best”. We never write patient reviews or patient stories.
We keep to plain facts: what you treat, who treats it, where you are, when you are open and how to book.
How we would word things
Illustrative wording, not a real clinic
Where our job ends
- We are not a legal advisor.
- The compliance review of your content stays with you. Please have your own advertising checked by a qualified professional.
- Please do not put patient or health information in our form or messages.
Clinics and healthcare
How we write for clinics
The full list
What we do not write
- Cure claims or guaranteed results
- “Best in city” or any other superlative
- Comparisons with named competitors
What we do write
- Facts you can verify: the services you offer, your location, your hours, and the qualifications you confirm to us
Approval and responsibility
- You approve every health-related statement in writing before it goes live.
- You remain responsible for your own advertising and for checking it meets the rules that apply to you.
Rules on medical advertising exist in India. We are not a legal advisor, so please check your own obligations with a qualified adviser.
Questions
Questions about services
How long does the work take?
We reply to an enquiry within 2 working days. Timing for the work itself depends on the size of your site, so we agree it in writing with the scope and price before anything starts. The Premium audit takes about 7 to 10 working days after we receive your details.
What if I want something changed?
Monthly fixes are agreed in advance, and you name the person who approves changes. If a change is not right, tell us and we put it right. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before we do it.
What happens if results are slow?
Search engines and AI tools make their own decisions and change without notice, so we cannot promise a timeline. The monthly review shows what moved and what did not. On a monthly plan you can stop at the end of the current month.
Who owns the content and the accounts?
Your website, listings and accounts remain yours. You give us the access needed for the agreed work, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How does reporting work?
On the Growth plan you get a short weekly note on what we did, what we found and what we need from you, and a monthly review. In an audit, each finding carries an evidence label: automated, manual or estimate. See the fictional sample weekly note.
How do I cancel?
If you paid for an audit and we have not started, you can cancel and we refund what you paid. Once work has started, we agree any refund with you case by case. For monthly plans, you can stop at the end of the current month, and we do not refund a month already started unless we failed to deliver what we agreed. Full wording: Terms.
Can I buy just the customer question map?
Yes, if your team already writes its own content. It is included in the audit and the Growth plan, and can be quoted on its own. Ask on the contact page.
How do you write for clinics?
We keep to facts you can verify and do not write cure claims, guaranteed results, “best in city” claims or comparisons with named competitors. You approve every health-related statement in writing before it goes live and stay responsible for your own advertising. We are not a legal advisor, so check your obligations with a qualified adviser. Details: How we write for clinics.
Not sure which one you need? Start with the audit.
It tells you what is wrong, how we know, and what to do first.
