This page explains what personal information NeuraTatva, operated by NeuraMorphix Technologies, handles when you use this website, request an audit or pay us online, and what choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

  • Audit request form: your name, email address, optional phone number, optional website address, the kind of business, an optional message, and your agreement to be contacted.
  • Before-you-pay form: your name, email address, mobile number and the plan you chose, saved before you go to the payment page so we can match your payment to you.
  • Emails and messages you send us, including by phone where we list a number.
  • Payment details, only if you pay online. See “Online payments” below. We do not receive your card or bank details.
  • Technical data that our website host keeps in ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, deliver paid work, send invoices and receipts, keep business and tax records, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

The audit form asks you to tick a box agreeing that we may contact you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us, and we will stop contacting you about it, apart from what we must keep or send to meet legal or accounting duties.

Online payments

When you pay online, the payment is processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited) on Razorpay’s own payment page. Our website does not collect, see or store your card number, UPI details or bank login.

  • Razorpay collects the details needed to take the payment and acts under its own privacy policy: razorpay.com/privacy.
  • We receive a confirmation from Razorpay with your name, email, phone number if you gave it, the amount, the date and a payment reference.
  • Razorpay may set its own cookies on its payment page. That is outside this website.
  • We keep payment confirmations and invoices as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business, each handling data for us or under their own terms:

  • Our website host and form service (Netlify, when the site is hosted there), which stores form submissions
  • Razorpay, for online payments
  • Ordinary email, calendar and document tools we use to reply to you and do the work
  • Accountants, advisers or authorities, where the law requires or where we need advice

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. We choose established providers and share only what is needed.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. No analytics are used, and there are no advertising trackers. If that changes, we will say so here before it happens.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and for reasonable records afterwards. If you become a client, we keep the records of our work together for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Data on a client’s site or accounts

When we work on a client’s website, listings or accounts, the client decides what data we may access. We ask only for the minimum access needed, and we use that data only to deliver the agreed work.

Security

We use established providers, restrict access to the information to the people who need it, and do not ask for passwords or card details through the form. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive information, such as health records, in the form or the message box.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Send your request to NeuraTatva by email at info@neuramorphix.com, with “Privacy” at the start of your message. We will respond within a reasonable time and tell you if we cannot do something, and why (for example, records we must keep for tax reasons).

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection law. This page is a plain summary and is not legal advice. If you are not happy with how we handled a request, you can raise a complaint with us first, using the same contact route, and you may also approach the relevant authority.

Ask us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete the personal details we hold about you. We erase your name, contact details and notes. We keep the amount and date of any payment you made, because tax and accounting rules may require us to. Please do not include health details or patient information in your request.

Send privacy questions or complaints through the contact page or to info@neuramorphix.com. Please put “Privacy” at the start of your message so we can find it.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites, including Razorpay’s payment page, take you outside our control. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
